If you need help when we are closed
An out of hour’s service is provided for urgent advice/visits. You may need to attend the Primary Care Centre at the Northern General Hospital.

This number informs you to either contact our commissioner approved extended service or call the 111 service.

For some of these hours – 8.00am to 8.30am, midday to 2pm, 6pm to 6.30pm, and on Thursday from 1pm – the phone lines are diverted to an ICB – approved subcontracting service who provide an equivalent service to that offered by the practice.

This could involve longer appointments, appointments at specific times, alternative methods of booking appointments, home visits, large print documents etc.
